My name is Madison Myers.
I'm a Penn State University Alum with a degree in Print and Digital Journalism, and a double minor in Earth Systems and Political Science. I'm fortunate enough to have an incredible job as a proposal writer for a defense contractor in the DC Metro Area.
I had the unique opportunity to intern as a science writer and editor in Sydney, Australia with the Australian Museum Research Institute in 2016, and as a strategic communications intern for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in 2017.
Each experience has opened my eyes to a world of writing I never knew I'd like, let alone love. I've taken that opportunity and ran with it, writing science articles for general consumption, in addition to a few other pieces about my experiences.
